Shirley Kwan 关淑怡

Shirley Kwan, a Hong Kong singer and actress, performs in Cantonese pop and related ballad and alternative styles. She is known for a distinct whispery vocal approach and for her major hits such as “Happy Are Those in Love” that brought her fame from the late 1980s into the 1990s.
