Mundo Livre S/A

Mundo Livre S/A is a Brazilian band from Recife known for mangue beat and punk-influenced Brazilian popular music, with a sound shaped by their use of tamborim and other regional rhythms. Formed in 1984 and fronted by journalist Fred 04, they became widely recognized after the 1994 release of Samba Esquema Noise and later Guentando a Ôia and Carnaval Na Obra.
