Happiness always turns suddenly, leaving a silhouette for someone,

Sitting in the dusk, watching over that one door, in the blink of an eye from night to dawn,

Happiness is always split in two, handing half to someone,

Until I have to start a new chapter in life, I must become another person,

    But I can't, I can't turn a fleeting happiness into eternity,

But my heart aches for the possibilities you hoped for, now all turned to impossibilities,

Yet after seeing through so many twists, we still wept in calmness,

You said it would be fine once it became ordinary, but how do I forget what's unforgettable?

Happiness is always split in two, handing half to someone,

Until I have to start a new chapter in life, I must become another person,

But I can't, oh no, I can't turn a fleeting happiness into eternity,

Yet my heart aches for the hopes you had, which have now turned to impossibilities,

We've seen through so many twists and turns, yet we still cried in our calmness,

You said things would be better if they were plain, but how can I forget?

But fate always asks us to choose, after we met, we smiled once more,

What about the happiness we once had that has long faded away,

What about that crossroads of parting?
